My name is Asya McClelland, and I’m the CEO and Founder of Dynamic Writing LLC. I started the company in March 2020 from the comfort of my home during a time when many people were facing job loss and uncertainty due to the COVID pandemic. Many individuals were losing jobs, or their jobs were put on hold, which significantly impacted their families' income. I began by helping people and offering advice, and eventually, someone encouraged me to start a business, saying, "What you offer is really needed."
Initially, my motivation was purely to help, without a focus on the financial aspect. However, as I recognized the increasing need for support in career navigation, I decided to fully commit to this mission.
Helping people write their resumes and navigate the job market is something I truly enjoy, especially when I can assist individuals in landing careers that benefit them and support their families. I understand firsthand what it’s like to be without a job or income for extended periods. That’s why Dynamic Writing LLC is more than just a cookie-cutter resume company that slaps words on a template and charges you thousands of dollars. It’s an experience that can change your life and your family’s life, and I would love to be a part of that!
To highlight my experience, I hold a master’s degree in human resource management and have over ten years of combined experience working in government, human resources, and corporate recruiting across various fields, including IT, healthcare, military, aviation, professional services, administrative roles, customer service, recent graduates, finance, and law, to name a few. I’ve had the privilege of helping a diverse range of clients, from recent college graduates to high-level executives, mothers re-entering the workforce, unemployed individuals, veterans transitioning to civilian roles, and many others.
Dynamic Writing was born from a desire to help people who were struggling to find their way. I wanted to create a supportive space where individuals could receive not only a polished resume but also the encouragement and guidance, they needed to feel confident in their job search and secure the careers they seek. I’m proud to say that I’ve helped over 60 people find jobs during the challenging times of COVID, and since then, the company has continued to grow. I’ve worked with more than 300 clients, crafting their resumes, and helping them achieve their career goals, each with their own unique stories, work histories, and backgrounds.
What drives me is a belief in the potential of every individual. Everyone has value and experience; my job is to bring that out and put it on paper! I’m here to offer personalized support, whether that involves crafting a compelling resume, preparing for interviews, or navigating the complexities of the job hunt.
